We had a wedding to attend the day after our stay at The Stables, the owners very kindly let us return and use one of the rooms to get changed in. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and we would recommend The Stables to our friends in the future.

The owners are very nice and helpful, rooms are lovely, very comfortable and nicely decorated. The place is very quiet with a beautiful swimming pool and garden. There are not too many rooms so the service is really personalized.

Check-out time is a bit early (11am), would have loved to enjoy the room a bit longer

More like a four star B&B than a three star. Very, very helpful owner. Beautiful buildings, common areas, and rooms. Secure parking. Five mins from centre of Stellbosch and central for exploring the vineyards of the Cape Winelands.

The hosts were great and really nice to chat with. The room was well put together, it had a very comfortable bed and the bathroom was good as well. they serve excellent breakfasts too. The location is good and it was easy to find our way around. The internet was quite fast as well which was a real treat.

Very friendly owners, good breakfast, clean room. Nice garden with fantastic swimming pool. Recommendation for wine tasting in spectacular setting: Stark-condé wine estate, 5 min drive from the Stables Lodge. We would definitely stay here again!

It is a very nice guesthouse, about 5 rooms. The room is nicely decorated and there are communal areas with sofa's and tv for relaxing. Owners are very nice and helpful. The guesthouse is located in a quiet area of Stellenbosch.

the room was big and very nice with a big bath and a separate space for the shower, all in a Italian setting. Nice pool with enough places to relax. The hosts are very friendly and helpfull.
